Shipping
Orders are prepared in small batches or made after purchase. Our target is to hand most orders to the carrier within 2–3 business days. Any different production estimate will appear on the product page.
Standard U.S. shipping is $1.49 for orders under $25 and free for orders of $25 or more. Express shipping is $15. The actual charge shown at checkout controls.
Delivery times start after dispatch and depend on the carrier. Please check your address before placing an order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us through the contact page within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate refund.
Returns
Unused, non-custom physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in resaleable condition. Contact us before sending a return. Buyers pay return postage unless we sent the wrong item or the item was defective. Applied stickers and personalized items cannot be returned after use or delivery as applicable. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Request a cancellation as soon as possible through our contact page. If production has not begun, we will cancel when practical.
