Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
We want orders from Humanity Under Review to arrive as expected.
Returns
Unused, non-custom physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in resaleable condition. Applied stickers, used products, and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned after use or delivery.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue so we can review it and make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item was incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Cancellations
We will cancel an order before production begins when practical. Because some products are produced in small batches or made after purchase, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.
